Aromatherapy is a truly holistic therapy which utilises essential oils to help restore balance in the body. It is a form of natural healing that is more than 800 years old. The primary form of aromatherapy application involves using essential oils in the following ways:-

  • Inhalations
  • Compresses
  • Aromatic baths

Each essential oil has therapeutic properties that will restore wellbeing, improve circulation, digestion and immunity and help support the nervous system, respiratory system, hormones and the skin. The oils can help to reduce anxiety and help in times of weakness and general debility.
