Harris Fitness Consultancy can provide adventurous outdoor activities for individual clients or groups.  This can be part of a general fitness training programme or specific to a certain sport.  We believe in making fitness fun and developing skills in water based and land based activities.

Whatever your level of experience we can help you develop your kayaking, mountain biking, surfing or climbing skills with the best coaches to suit your individual needs. Safety is paramount and all activities take place under careful supervision with qualified instructors.
